Nu You Nutrition has branched out to further help improve your health, we now offer Nu You Living, whereby we bring you delicious, gourmet meals delivered to your door daily.

We believe that a healthy, nutritious diet leads to a healthy mind and body – but we also know that, in today’s busy world, diet can be one of the last things people have time to consider.

We make healthy eating easy and enjoyable by delivering a freshly prepared daily menu consisting of breakfast, lunch, dinner and two snacks to your door each day.

All the menus we design are free from wheat and dairy derived from cows.  This is because we believe that this is the optimum diet to aid digestion, increase energy and assist weight loss.

That does not mean, however, that our meals are bland or boring – far from it! We will tickle your taste buds with an amazing array of delicious dishes cooked daily by our experienced chefs.

We call ourselves a ‘boutique’ food delivery company because your daily menu will be personally designed to cater for all your nutritional needs, tastes and food intolerances.

Based on the outskirts of London, bordering Kent, we source all our fresh produce locally and ethically. We believe in seasonal eating and this will be reflected in all your meals.
